So you are going to a foreign country, as a stranger, to people who think that they know you. Now you know that they don\u2019t, but they will take it for granted that they know you. They will go on making contacts with your past, not with you. They will expect you to behave the way they think you should have behave, and you cannot behave that way. This whole situation creates a fear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u4eec\u603b\u662f\u5728\u80c3\u91cc\u6216\u5589\u5499\u91cc\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u6050\u60e7\u3001\u5bb3\u6015\u3002\u5982\u679c\u662f\u5728\u80c3\u91cc\uff0c\u5b83\u6709\u4e00\u79cd\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u3002\u5982\u679c\u662f\u5728\u5589\u5499\u91cc\uff0c\u5b83\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u3002\u5728\u5589\u5499\u91cc\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u662f\u5bf9\u6c9f\u901a\u3001\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u3002\u5728\u80c3\u91cc\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u662f\u5bf9\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fear is always felt at the stomach or at the throat. If it is felt at the stomach it has a certain quality. If it is felt at the throat, it has a totally different quality. The fear that is felt at the throat is the fear of communication. It will be difficult for you now to communicate with people. When the fear is felt at the stomach it is fear of death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6df1\u5165\u9759\u5fc3\uff0c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u4f1a\u5347\u8d77\uff0c\u4f60\u4f1a\u5728\u809a\u8110\u4e2d\u5fc3\u611f\u89c9\u5230\uff0c\u5728\u8179\u90e8\uff0c\u5728\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u51c6\u5907\u8981\u4ea4\u6d41\u6c9f\u901a\uff0c\u4f60\u4f1a\u5728\u5589\u5499\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u6050\u60e7\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5589\u5499\u662f\u8868\u8fbe\u3001\u6c9f\u901a\u3001\u8fde\u7ed3\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u5f53\u6050\u60e7\u5728\u7231\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u91cc\u5347\u8d77\u65f6\uff0c\u6050\u60e7\u662f\u5728\u5589\u5499\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5c0f\u5b69\u5b50\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u63a5\u6536\u5230\u7231\u662f\u4ece\u5988\u5988\u90a3\u91cc\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5589\u5499\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4ed6\u8ddf\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u63a5\u89e6\u3002\u5988\u5988\u7684\u4e73\u623f\u662f\u4ed6\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u4efd\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u662f\u900f\u8fc7\u5589\u5499\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u4e3a\u4f55\u5f17\u6d1b\u4f0a\u5fb7\u5b66\u6d3e\u628a\u5c0f\u5b69\u5b50\u53eb\u505a\u201coral\u201d\uff08\u53e3\u7684\uff0c\u7528\u5634\u7684\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u5934\u8111\u7684\u53e3\u8154\u72b6\u6001\uff08oral state\uff09\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u4f55\u65f6\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4f60\u5f97\u5230\u6216\u7ed9\u51fa\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e1c\u897f\uff0c\u5b83\u90fd\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u5589\u5499\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you go deep in meditation, the fear of death arises and that is felt just below the navel centre, at the hara, the death centre. If you are going to communicate, the fear will be felt at the throat because the throat is the centre of expression, communication, relating. When fear arises in relationship to love, it is at the throat, because the child receives love for the first time from the mother through the throat centre. That is his first contact with the world. Mother\u2019s breast is his first contact, first relationship, and that is through the throat centre. That\u2019s why Freudians call small children \u2019oral\u2019. That is the oral state of their mind. Whenever you are getting something or giving something, it passes through the throat centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u2026\u2026\u6050\u60e7\u662f\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u3002\u4e0d\u8981\u8bd5\u56fe\u9003\u907f\u5b83\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u8981\u8bd5\u56fe\u538b\u6291\u5b83\u3002\u4e0d\u8981\u8bd5\u56fe\u5fd8\u8bb0\u5b83\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u89e3\u51b3\u5b83\u5c31\u4f1a\u53d8\u5f97\u56f0\u96be\u3002\u63a5\u7eb3\u5b83\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u662f\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u81ea\u7136\u7684\uff0c\u56de\u5230\u8001\u670b\u53cb\u8eab\u8fb9\uff0c\u800c\u4f60\u5df2\u7ecf\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u662f\u8fc7\u53bb\u90a3\u4e2a\u4f60\u4e86\u3002\u4f60\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u4eec\u4f1a\u975e\u5e38\u56f0\u60d1\u8be5\u600e\u4e48\u548c\u4f60\u76f8\u5904\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u4e60\u60ef\u4e8e\u4e00\u79cd\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So I can understand&#8230; the fear is natural. Don\u2019t try to avoid it and don\u2019t try to suppress it. Don\u2019t try to forget it, otherwise it will be difficult to get over it. Accept it \u2013 it is natural. It is absolutely natural going back to old friends and not being the old person at all. Your friends will be very much in confusion about how to relate to you, because we get accustomed to a certain pattern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u65e0\u8bba\u4f55\u65f6\uff0c\u5f53\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u5f00\u59cb\u9759\u5fc3\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u4e16\u754c\u5fc5\u987b\u6539\u53d8\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u6539\u53d8\u4e86\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4ed6\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u2014\u2014\u8ddf\u59bb\u5b50\u7684\uff0c\u8ddf\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\uff0c\u8ddf\u670b\u53cb\u7684\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8ddf\u654c\u4eba\u7684\u2014\u2014\u9700\u8981\u6539\u53d8\u3002\u4ed6\u6765\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u7834\u706d\u4e4b\u9645\u3002\u4ed6\u518d\u6b21\u8fdb\u5165\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whenever a person starts meditating, his world of relationships has to be changed. One person changes, then all his relationships \u2013 with the wife, children, friends, even enemies \u2013 have to change. He comes to a shattering. He enters into the world again with a new identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u4f60\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u95e8\u5f92\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u56de\u4e8b\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ddf\u4eba\u4eec\u8fde\u7ed3\u3002\u4f60\u4f4f\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u793e\u533a\u91cc\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u7075\u9b42\u90fd\u8d70\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u6761\u8def\u4e0a\uff0c\u671d\u7740\u540c\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\u524d\u884c\uff0c\u6d3b\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u79cd\u5fc3\u5883\u91cc\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5f53\u4f60\u56de\u53bb\uff0c\u6050\u60e7\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u3002\u67d0\u79cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u597d\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you are here as a sannyasin it is one thing. You can relate with people. You live in a commune of souls who are following the same path, moving in the same direction, living in the same vibe. But when you go back, the fear will come. It is good in a way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e00\u65e6\u4f60\u56de\u53bb\u4e86\uff0c\u6050\u60e7\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6301\u7eed\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e00\u5468\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u4e0d\u8981\u9003\u907f\u3002\u5728\u90a3\u4e00\u5468\u91cc\uff0c\u53bb\u89c1\u6240\u6709\u7684\u670b\u53cb\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u8fc7\u53bb\u4f60\u76f8\u5904\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u5047\u88c5\u505a\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u4f60\u3002\u4e00\u5468\u4e4b\u5185\u5b83\u5c31\u4f1a\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4f60\u5c06\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u8ddf\u522b\u4eba\u76f8\u5904\u3001\u8fde\u7ed3\u7684\u66f4\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you are back, the fear will be there for not more than a week. So don\u2019t hide. In that one week meet all the friends and persons to whom you have related in the past, and don\u2019t try to pretend to be the old self. Within a week it will disappear because you will be able to relate better than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d8\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u61e6\u592b\uff0c\u8bd5\u56fe\u53bb\u9003\u907f\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u56de\u53bb\uff0c\u6539\u53d8\u4f60\u7684\u8863\u7740\uff0c\u5f53\u4f60\u89c1\u670b\u53cb\u65f6\u4f60\u4e0d\u7a7f\u7ea2\u888d\uff08\u5728\u666e\u90a3\u5965\u4fee\u793e\u533a\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u95e8\u5f92\u767d\u5929\u5fc5\u987b\u7a7f\u7ea2\u888d\uff0c\u5e26\u9759\u5fc3\u3001\u8bfe\u7a0b\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e2a\u6848\u671f\u95f4\u9664\u5916\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u65b9\u5f0f\u5ef6\u7eed\u81f3\u4eca\uff09\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u4f60\u628a\u4f60\u7684\u9a6c\u62c9\uff08mala\uff0c\u65e9\u5148\u5965\u4fee\u95e8\u5f92\u4f69\u6234\u7684\u4f5b\u73e0\u9879\u94fe\uff09\u3002\u7136\u540e\u4f60\u8bd5\u56fe\u5047\u88c5\u4f60\u662f\u8fc7\u53bb\u90a3\u4e2a\u4f60\uff0c\u522b\u4eba\u6ca1\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7528\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8ddf\u4f60\u76f8\u5904\u3002\u4e0d\u8981\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can become a coward and try to hide. For example, you can go there and change your dress, and when you go to see a person you don\u2019t wear orange or you hide your mala. Then you will try to pretend you are the old person and that there is no need for anyone to relate to you in a new way. Don\u2019t do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6c38\u8fdc\u4e5f\u4e0d\u8981\u8ba9\u6050\u60e7\u51b3\u5b9a\u4f60\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u2014\u2014\u6c38\u8fdc\u4e5f\u522b\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u56f0\u96be\u6709\u591a\u5927\uff0c\u7edd\u4e0d\u8981\u8ba9\u5b83\u51b3\u5b9a\u4f60\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u7231\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u5141\u8bb8\uff0c\u6765\u51b3\u5b9a\u4f60\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9664\u6b64\u65e0\u4ed6\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u4e1c\u897f\u90fd\u662f\u4e0d\u76f8\u5e72\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never allow fear to dictate your life-style \u2013 never. Howsoever difficult it may be, never allow it to dictate your life-style. Only love should be allowed to dictate your life-style, nothing else. Everything else is irrelevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u56de\u53bb\u3002\u5728\u4e03\u5929\u91cc\u4f60\u4f1a\u9677\u5165\u9ebb\u70e6\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\u4e3e\u6b62\u50cf\u95e8\u5f92\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u7ed9\u4eba\u4eec\u6253\u7535\u8bdd\uff0c\u548c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u544a\u8bc9\u4ed6\u4eec\u90a3\u4e2a\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u4f60\u5df2\u7ecf\u6b7b\u4e86\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u4f60\u91cd\u751f\u4e86\uff0c\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u4eba\u3002\u544a\u8bc9\u4ed6\u4eec\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u8ddf\u4f60\u76f8\u5904\u6216\u8bb8\u6709\u4e00\u70b9\u9ebb\u70e6\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4f60\u662f\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just go. For seven days you will be in a trouble; but move as a sannyasin, phone people, contact them, and tell them that the old person is dead and you are completely new, reborn. Tell them that now it may be a problem to relate to you because you are absolutely new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u4e03\u5929\u4f60\u80fd\u591f\u575a\u6301\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5c31\u4f1a\u5f00\u59cb\u8ddf\u4f60\u76f8\u5904\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\u4ed6\u4eec\u4f1a\u5f00\u5fc3\uff1a\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u670b\u53cb\uff0c\u4e00\u6bb5\u65b0\u5173\u7cfb\u5f00\u59cb\u4e86\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u65b0\u9c9c\u4e5f\u8fdb\u5165\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u91cc\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4f60\u3002\u4e00\u6247\u65b0\u7684\u7a97\u6237\u6253\u5f00\u4e86\uff0c\u4e00\u80a1\u65b0\u9c9c\u7684\u5fae\u98ce\u5439\u8fdb\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u623f\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you can stick to that for only seven days, people start relating to you. In fact they will be happy: a new friend, a new relationship arises. Something fresh enters into their life also, through you. A new window opens, a new breeze enters into the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u5c06\u4f1a\u8ddf\u4f60\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u2026\u2026\u4e0d\u8981\u62c5\u5fc3\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u5f53\u4f60\u611f\u89c9\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u4ece\u4f60\u5589\u5499\u91cc\u5347\u8d77\uff0c\u628a\u9879\u94fe\u5760\uff08\u4f5b\u73e0\u4e0a\u90a3\u4e2a\u5965\u4fee\u7684\u5934\u50cf\uff09\u63e1\u5728\u624b\u91cc\uff0c\u60f3\u7740\u6211\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am going to be with you&#8230; don\u2019t be worried. Just be empty \u2013 as if you don\u2019t know who you are and you don\u2019t know what you are going to do, how you are going to reply; how you are going to respond in a situation. Simply wait for the situation to arise and let me respond through you. If you allow me, within three weeks you will be able to feel an absolute contact. Then you become a link. If you fail, I fail. If you succeed, I succeed. It is nothing to do with you. You can laugh about it. Whether you succeed or fail, it has nothing to do with you; then your whole functioning will be different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4eca\u5929\u6211\u521a\u5de7\u5728\u8bfb\u4e00\u4e2a\u7985\u5e08\uff0c\u767b\u5c71\uff08Tozan\uff09\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u4e2a\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u540d\u7684\u5e08\u7236\u3002\u6545\u4e8b\u8bf4\uff0c\u795e\u4eec\u60f3\u8981\u89c1\u4ed6\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u89c1\u4e0d\u5230\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u5c31\u53ea\u662f\u7a7a\u65e0\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u8fd9\u8fb9\u4ece\u90a3\u8fb9\u8fdb\u5165\u4ed6\u91cc\u9762\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u7a7f\u900f\u4ed6\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u54ea\u513f\u4e5f\u627e\u4e0d\u5230\u4ed6\u3002\u4ed6\u662f\u65e0\u5904\uff08nowhere-ness,\uff09\uff0c\u65e0\u7269\uff08nothingness\uff09\uff0c\u4ed6\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u7684\u7a7a\u65e0\uff0c\u4ee5\u81f3\u4e8e\u4ed6\u4eec\u65e0\u6cd5\u770b\u89c1\u4ed6\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u5f88\u597d\u5947\u89c1\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d8\u6210\u7a7a\u65e0\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4ed6\u4eec\u800d\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u628a\u620f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just today I was reading about a zen master, Tozan \u2013 a very famous zen master. The story says that the gods wanted to see him, but they couldn\u2019t because he was just an emptiness. They would enter into him from this side and that, they would pass through him, but he was nowhere to be found. He was a nowhere-ness, a nothingness&#8230; so empty of himself that they could not see him. They were very curious to see a man who had become empty, so they played a trick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u767b\u5c71\u65e9\u4e0a\u6563\u5b8c\u6b65\u8fd4\u56de\u65f6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8d70\u8fdb\u53a8\u623f\uff0c\u6293\u4e86\u51e0\u628a\u7c73\uff0c\u628a\u5b83\u6492\u5728\u4e86\u4ed6\u8981\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7684\u8def\u4e0a\u3002\u5728\u7985\u9662\u91cc\uff0c\u4e0d\u656c\u91cd\u7c73\u7cae\u7b80\u76f4\u5c31\u662f\u72af\u6212\u3002\u6240\u6709\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u90fd\u5e94\u5f53\u88ab\u656c\u91cd\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e00\u6837\u4e1c\u897f\u90fd\u662f\u795e\u5723\u7684\u3002\u5b83\u8ddf\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u8ddf\u7518\u5730\u601d\u60f3\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5173\u7cfb\u2014\u2014\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u7c7b\u601d\u60f3\u5c31\u53ea\u662f\u628a\u541d\u556c\u5408\u7406\u5316\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u5b83\u8ddf\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u5bf9\u4e07\u7269\u7684\u656c\u91cd\u3002\u6240\u6709\u5b58\u5728\u7740\u7684\u548c\u5b58\u5728\u8fc7\u7684\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u795e\u5723\u7684\uff0c\u90fd\u5e94\u5f53\u88ab\u656c\u91cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They went to the kitchen as Tozan was coming from his morning walk and took a few handfuls of rice and wheat and threw it on his path. In a zen monastery that is almost a sin because it is very disrespectful to rice and wheat. Everything should be respected because everything is divine. It has nothing to do with ordinary economics, nothing to do with a gandhian ideology \u2013 because that type of ideology is nothing but rationalised miserliness. This had nothing to do with that. It is a respect for everything. Everything that exists and has existed, is divine and should be respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u4e00\u95f4\u7985\u9662\u91cc\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u4f1a\u88ab\u6d6a\u8d39\uff1b\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u5e94\u5f53\u7ec6\u5fc3\u3001\u8b66\u89c9\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u800d\u4e86\u4e2a\u628a\u620f\uff0c\u5728\u4ed6\u8981\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7684\u8def\u4e0a\u6492\u4e86\u51e0\u628a\u5927\u7c73\u3002\u5f53\u767b\u5c71\u7ecf\u8fc7\u65f6\u4ed6\u65e0\u6cd5\u76f8\u4fe1\u2014\u2014\u7adf\u7136\u6709\u5f1f\u5b50\u628a\u7c73\u7ed9\u6492\u4e86\u3002\u662f\u8c01\u5e72\u7684\uff1f\u662f\u8c01\u8fd9\u4e48\u7c97\u5fc3\u548c\u4e0d\u656c\u91cd\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So in a zen monastery nothing is wasted; one should be careful, and alert. They played this trick and threw on his path a few handfuls of rice and wheat. When Tozan came he could not believe it \u2013 that any disciple could do that. Who could do it? Who could be so careless and disrespectful?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5ff5\u5934\u5728\u4ed6\u5185\u5728\u5347\u8d77\uff0c\u7a81\u7136\u5730\u81ea\u6211\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\uff0c\u795e\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u4ed6\u4e86\u3002\u90a3\u4efd\u7a7a\u65e0\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0d\u5728\u4e86\u3002\u7a81\u7136\u5730\u4e00\u4e2a\u5ff5\u5934\u663e\u73b0\u51fa\u6765\uff1b\u4e00\u4e2a\u6001\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u601d\u7eea\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u3002\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u7247\u523b\u851a\u84dd\u7684\u5929\u7a7a\u91cc\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u6735\u4e91\uff0c\u795e\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u4ed6\uff0c\u767b\u5c71\u3002\u7136\u540e\u4e91\u6d88\u5931\u4e86\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u90a3\u4e2a\u5ff5\u5934\u6d88\u5931\u4e86\u3002\u6211\u975e\u5e38\u559c\u6b22\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6545\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This idea arose in him, and suddenly a self was there and the gods could see him. The emptiness was no more empty. Suddenly an idea had crystallised; an attitude, a mind had come. For a moment a cloud appeared in the blue sky and the gods could see this man, Tozan. Then the cloud disappeared because the idea disappeared. I like the story very much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u65e0\u8bba\u4f55\u65f6\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u6709\u5ff5\u5934\uff0c\u4f60\u662f\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5c31\u4f1a\u6709\u4e91\u51fa\u73b0\u3002\u4e0d\u4f1a\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u7247\u4e91\u3002\u5728\u4f60\u5185\u5728\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u591a\u7684\u5ff5\u5934\uff0c\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u8ba1\u7684\u4e91\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u6f02\u6d6e\u7740\uff0c\u4e00\u5c42\u53c8\u4e00\u5c42\u7684\u628a\u4f60\u906e\u76d6\u4f4f\u3002\u4f60\u5185\u5728\u7684\u5929\u7a7a\u5b8c\u5168\u88ab\u906e\u4f4f\u4e86\uff0c\u906e\u7684\u4e25\u4e25\u5b9e\u5b9e\u3002\u4f60\u751a\u81f3\u77a5\u90fd\u77a5\u4e0d\u89c1\u5b83\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whenever there is an idea, you are, and then a cloud arises. And there is not only one cloud. There are so many ideas in you, millions of clouds which continuously haunt you, covering you in layers and layers of cloud. Your inner sky is completely hidden. You can\u2019t even have a glimpse of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u751a\u81f3\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u5c0f\u7684\u5ff5\u5934\u201c\u662f\u8c01\u8fd9\u4e48\u7c97\u5fc3\u5927\u610f\uff1f\u201d\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u6ca1\u4ec0\u4e48\u7279\u522b\uff0c\u6ca1\u4ec0\u4e48\u503c\u5f97\u62c5\u5fc3\u7684\u3002\u5b83\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u597d\u5947\u201c\u662f\u8c01\u8fd9\u4e48\u7c97\u5fc3\u5927\u610f\uff1f\u201d\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e5f\u8db3\u591f\u4e86\uff01\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u770b\u5230\u65e9\u4e0a\u7684\u592a\u9633\uff0c\u4f60\u8bf4\u201c\u597d\u7f8e\u554a\u201d\u2014\u2014\u8db3\u591f\u4e86\uff01\u5b83\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u5c0f\u7684\u788e\u7247\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5b83\u4f1a\u5728\u4f60\u5185\u5728\u5236\u9020\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u4e3a\u4f55\u4f60\u7acb\u523b\u5c31\u60f3\u5bf9\u522b\u4eba\u8bf4\u201c\u77a7\uff0c\u6e05\u6668\u771f\u7684\u597d\u7f8e\u554a\uff01\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even a small idea like \u2019Who has been so careless?\u2019 \u2013 it was nothing special, nothing much to worry about. It was just a curious \u2019Who has been so careless?\u2019 but it was enough! If you see the morning sun and you say \u2019How beautiful\u2019 \u2013 enough! It is just a small fragment but it creates an inner pressure in you, and that\u2019s why you immediately want to say to somebody \u2019Look, how beautiful the morning is!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u91ca\u653e\u3002\u90a3\u4efd\u538b\u529b\u5728\u4f60\u5185\u5728\uff0c\u5f53\u4f60\u8bb2\u8bdd\u5b83\u5c31\u88ab\u6392\u6389\u4e86\uff1b\u4f60\u628a\u5b83\u91ca\u653e\u6389\u4e86\u3002\u4f60\u611f\u89c9\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u4f60\u5df2\u7ecf\u8bf4\u51fa\u4e86\u5b83\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u627e\u4e0d\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\uff0c\u5b83\u5c31\u8d8a\u52a0\u7684\u8426\u7ed5\u5728\u4f60\u8111\u6d77\u91cc\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5199\u4e00\u5c01\u4fe1\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4f60\u5c31\u628a\u5b83\u7ed3\u675f\u4e86\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5934\u8111\u603b\u662f\u88ab\u5404\u79cd\u7684\u5ff5\u5934\u3001\u60c5\u7eea\u548c\u5fc3\u7eea\u6240\u6df9\u6ca1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is a release. The pressure has been inside and when you talk it is catharted; you release it. You feel good, you have said it. If you cannot find anybody, it will haunt you more. If you can write a letter, then you are finished with it. Our mind is continuously overflooded with ideas, emotions, sentiments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6e10\u6e10\u5730\u653e\u677e\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u653e\u7a7a\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a7a\u65e0\u6765\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u524d\u884c\u3002\u4e0d\u8981\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u65b9\u5f0f\u6765\u4fdd\u62a4\u4f60\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4f1a\u8ba9\u4f60\u5c01\u95ed\u8d77\u6765\u3002\u6050\u60e7\u5728\u90a3\u91cc\u2014\u2014\u63a5\u7eb3\u5b83\u3002\u653e\u677e\uff0c\u8ba9\u5b83\u5728\u90a3\u91cc\u3002\u8ddf\u5b83\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u3002\u4e0d\u8981\u8bd5\u7740\u505a\u4efb\u4f55\u4e8b\u60c5\u6765\u8ddf\u5b83\u6297\u8861\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u51fa\u4e8e\u6050\u60e7\uff0c\u4e0d\u7ba1\u4f60\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\uff0c\u90fd\u4f1a\u5236\u9020\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u3002\u5c31\u53ea\u662f\u63a5\u7eb3\u5b83\u3002\u4f60\u80fd\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By and by relax, be empty. Just go as an emptiness. Don\u2019t try to protect yourself in any way because that will make you closed. Fear is there \u2013 accept it. Relax and let it be there. Remain with it. Don\u2019t try to do anything against it because whatsoever you do out of fear will create more fear. Just accept it.
